Just had to share with you some recent new design by some very interesting Norwegian designers. They have all contributed to Magnor Glassworks latest range.
First up is Andreas Engesvik, who has been turning out a lot of great work lately. This is his first project for Magnor, Plint, a delicate series of mugs and glasses in some beautiful shades.
Kristine Five Melvær is also a very talented younger designer who experiments with both color and materials. Above is an alternative vase – Liv – which is perfect for interesting plant and floral decorations.
Three different versions of Liv – which in addition to being a woman´s name, also means “life” in Norwegian.
Kristine Five Melvær is also behind the vases Else and Marie in tempting, fruity colors.
Kristine Bjaadal does interesting work with containers and always keeps her work simple, in order to let the materials play the major role.
